What’s the difference between the Repair Plan and Total Heating Cover?
The Cylinder Repair Plan covers your unvented hot water cylinder and all components directly associated with it, such as valves, controls, and safety devices.
Total Heating Cover includes everything in the Cylinder Repair Plan, plus cover for your central heating pipework and radiators throughout the property.
Are repairs really unlimited?
There is no limit on the number of call-outs you can request while your plan is active, provided the issue is covered under the terms of your plan.
Does the plan include an annual cylinder service?
Both plans include your annual unvented cylinder service normally £144 as a single booking or £84 via the group booking.
Is there a callout charge or excess to pay?
No. There are no callout charges and no excess on either plan. If a covered fault occurs, you won’t pay anything extra for the visit or repair.
