As members of our Boiler Cover and Home Care plans, our engineers are available to address any issues that may arise with your system. If your hot water doesn’t come on in the morning or your radiators aren’t heating up, we’ll send a Gas Safe engineer to assist you. Should any work be necessary, we will cover the cost of all parts and labour.
When you join our Boiler Cover and Home Care plans, a Master Gas engineer will visit your property to perform an annual boiler service and comprehensive health and safety inspections.
